1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also use Shop Pay and G Pay for your ease and convenience.
2. How long will it take to receive my order? We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but you can typically expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days for domestic orders. For international orders, please allow 10-15 business days.
3. What is your return and exchange policy? We really believe in our product and want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help with a refund.
4. Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package as it makes its way to you.
5. How do I care for/clean my winks? You may have noticed that the first time you take the Winks out of its packaging, they can be sticky. We recommend washing with a little dish soap and water before use (nail polish remover works quickly if you have some on hand). We used a non-toxic adhesive to help keep the Winks in place, but going forward, we will definitely be using a less-sticky substance!
